The A -Z of Personal Care is at no extra cost for the duration of your accommodation that you purchase through Gorgeous Getaways - services include:

Arranging communication between you and your surgeon, including getting feedback from surgeons from your photos and details.

Arrangement for a telephone or a meeting face-to-face with a GG Consultant or a past client
C
We provide all quotes for all standard procedures
D
We undertake all hospital administration procedures to make it as stress-free when you arrive, including, bookings for consultations, surgery and non-surgical dates.
E
You do not have to pay any deposits for your surgery. Once you have met your surgeon and have agreed on the procedures, you then pay direct to the hospital. This is low risk and for your ease of mind.

Providing a toll-free number for ease of communication, our team is available 7am-7pm, Monday - Friday.

Providing you with a personal GG bookings manager who will follow through from quote to booking.

Giving you comprehensive information on your treatment, surgeon and hospital: including a info pack and DVD (by request)

Providing you past numbers of patients you can call in your city or country.

We do not charge any extra for a partner to travel with you for your accommodation or transfers.
K
Complimentary airport transfers to/from the airport to your hotel in a private vehicle.
L
All medical transfers including consultations, admission and discharges – you will be chauffeur driven in a private car, owned by GG, with GG full time drivers and managers.
M
A personal manager who assists you throughout your medical holiday, including attending your consultations, assists with admission and discharge and other formalities with the hospital, and visit you in hospital and your hotel room.

Our GG team who provides your pre and post operative care are full time employees, not contractors. Please read about our team here. We have on average between 15-20 full and part time employees, ensuring complete support, privacy and care.

We are available 24x7 for patients by telephone for any medical emergency.

After discharge you will have a carer who will visit you on the first 3 days after surgery treatments, for dressing into your compression garment, showers, washing hair, applying cremes and oils. We also have a nurse on staff who will be available to help you if required.
Q
Your personal manager will visit you or contact you daily after discharge, and is available for any requirement you have eg. To collect medications, collect your shopping if you are weak.
R
We can call your relatives after your surgery if you wish to tell them of your progress.
S
Your consultations with the surgeon are not limited, if you have any questions, we can arrange a consultation, normally within 24 hours.
T
We arrange weekly events, including a complimentary lunch at a local restaurant, for you to meet other clients.
U
We can offer and assist you to other consultations as you wish, including non-surgical skin, LASIK, dentistry, beauty and pampering.
V
If requested, we offer and can arrange for sightseeing, tours, excursions and shopping trips for individuals or a number of clients. (to be paid extra by the patient)
W
If requested, we can provide you with a local SIM card, which you can top up with credit. (our manager can assist you to do this, to be paid extra by the patient)
X
After returning home, we will send you your before / after photos and keep in touch via email.
Y
We arrange any follow up needed between you and your surgeon, if you have questions once you return home.
Z
We can provide you with discounts on accommodation for your return visit.
