Prince Court Medical Centre

The Prince Court Medical Center (PCMC) is a prestige new five star international hospital located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur and is another showpiece project funded by Petronas, Malaysia’s national petroleum corporation.

It is one of the largest private hospitals in the Klang Valley and the surrounding area and will be one of the most modern and attractive hospitals, on an international scale as well.

The Medical University of Vienna in cooperation with Vamed was awarded the contract to operate this “high-end quality” hospital and they guarantee highest medical quality with the implementation of its standards and the constant presence of 15 Senior Clinical Specialists and the Chief Medical Officer. The expertise of the Medical University of Vienna will be incorporated into the entire implementation planning, the setting of quality standards, the certification aspired to and in the design of the most modern advanced training concepts for hospital staff.

Each of the 330 beds has a 300-m² share of the overall floor space, which – compared with international standards – reflects a very high level of quality. International benchmarks allow for an average of 130 to 150 m².

The surgeon

Dr. Nasir is a board certified surgeon specialises in all aspects of plastic surgery and reconstructive surgery. He is renowned for his skills with minimum incisions for natural appearance of the breasts, short-scar facelift, and modified abdominoplasty (tummy-tuck). Dr. Nasir is a member of the elite ‘Malaysian Association of Plastic, Aesthetic and CranioMaxilloFacial Surgeons (MAPACS)’ from 1999 until present. He believes in extensive research, unparalleled academic training and teaching. He received his medical education from University of Melbourne, awarded with Bachelor of Medicine & Surgery in 1988, and he continued his post graduate degree at The Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS) in Edinburgh (1993) claimed to be one of the oldest surgical corporations in the world with the maintenance and promotion of the highest standards of surgical practice. Dr. Nasir also obtained the Master of Surgery from University Kebangsaan Malaysia in 1995 where he was honored and awarded with ‘Award for Excellent Service ’.
