time staff, including:
- registered nurses to visit
you post surgery to check and change your dressings
- customer service managers
- to help you through your holiday, including admission/discharge,
follow up consultations and other appointments
- bookings and admin managers
for pre/post holiday help to make reservations for your
surgery and holiday
Louise Cogan
Director
Before founding Gorgeous Getaways, Louise pusued a career in business, economics and marketing. Originally from Sydney, Australia, she left thesunny shores to endure 7 long winters in the UK, working as European
manager for large multi-national corporates. It was really an excuse tohang out on the slopes in France and Italy.
It was 7 years ago that she originally discovered a need in the market for a Western company to provide high quality surgery holiday packages, and took the first couple of years just on research and legal due diligence of surgeons in Asia. After years of research and effort, Gorgeous Getaways was born in January 2004.
As she states, the best part of the job is... "definitely our clients, everyone has a story to tell, and it is fascinitating going on the whole surgery journey with them and beyond. Plastic surgery is a life changing experience and it is wonderful to see the positive changes that people make in their lives after the surgery. I am determined to make the experience for them enjoyable and unforgettable. It feels fantastic to be part of that experience."

Lennie Chua
Country Manager - Malaysia
Lennie is in charge of the overall operations in Malaysia, leading the team to ensure we are always one step ahead in client care and customer service.
She is also the strategic development manager, finding the best partners and suppliers in the country and negotiating the best prices for our clients.
After studying in Australia at the University of Southern Queensland, Toowoomba, majoring in Marketing, she worked in many large companies in Malaysia. Prior to Gorgeous Getaways, she worked in Ampang Puteri Specialist Hospital in Marketing.

Robynne Kelson
Australia Manager
Robynne responsible for all surgery enquiries and bookings for fellow Aussies. After her own surgery experience with Gorgeous Getaways, she became convinced that the company offers a fantastic service to ordinary men & women looking to make positive changes in their lives. She also believes strongly that, together with the obvious physical improvements, the psychological benefits of a surgery holiday are extremely beneficial.
Before joining Gorgeous Getaways, Robynne worked as a Travel Agent, specialising in Asian countries, and had travelled to Malaysia several times before her own surgery holiday. Being able to share her own experience with cosmetic surgery in Kuala Lumpur helps many people to feel more comfortable and confident about their decision to undergo surgery.
To her, the best thing about the job is that she "gets to speak with so many wonderful people who are ready to embark on a journey of self-improvement, and they inspire her every day!!”

Kelly McAllister
NZ Manager
Since June 2007, Kelly has been the Auckland Gorgeous Getaways consultant hosting casual and informative morning teas for past and potential patients. With the opening of the Gorgeous Getaways office in New Zealand it was just a matter of natural migration for Kelly to fill the NZ Sales Manager role. Kelly has many friends and family who have had surgery with Gorgeous Getaways in Malaysia including her own beautiful mother Raewyn (age 58) who's had a face life, neck lift, arm lift and breast reduction - Kelly calls her surgery "The Works". Raewyn is now our North of Auckland Gorgeous Getaways consultant and is happy to tell you about her surgery.
Prior to joining the Gorgeous Getaways team, Kelly worked for 10 years in a project support capacity where she was involved in the overseeing of IT systems support, risk assessment, statistical analysis, and quality assurance. Kelly has Certificate in Small Business Management and brings to the table many great qualities including a professional mannerism, understanding personality and a genuine compassion for others.

Rachael Rand
UK Manager
Rachael's passion for travel introduced her to Gorgeous Getaways and she has never look back since.
After gaining a BTECH national diploma in Travel and Tourism, Rachael joined a world recognised tour operator and started to enhance the skills that make her the perfect Sales and Marketing Manager for the UK. Her passion and empathy with all people moved her into the world of beauty and she then studied for and qualified as an ITEC National Diploma Beauty Specialist. She believes that making people feel good and look good is where her strengths lie and this is why she is extremely happy and proud to be joining the team at Gorgeous Getaways.

Yee Pink
Admin, Finance and HR Manager
Pink is based in Gorgeous Getaways Malaysian office. Though a graduate of Mass Communications, she finds total enjoyment working in her current field.
The Gorgeous Getaways' has proved to be a viable training ground for gain varied experience and knowledge. Pink's motto: "I do believe that there is no end in learning and it would be a great benefit for me in the future."

Siew Gim
Sales Admin Manager
Another graduate of Mass Communications, Siew Gim had a stint in Promotions and Entertainment with a entertainment MNC, prior coming aboard Gorgeous Getaways. Her experience as an event & concert planner has helped build confidence in communications with a variety of PR avenues.
Siew Gim's dedication and confidence has helped with her role in Gorgeous Getaways.
She enjoys reading, music, movies and Oriental soaps and hopes to travel around the world one day.

Peinee Goh
Customer Service Admin
Fomerly a Casino Marketing Supervisor prior to joining Gorgeous Getaways, Pei Nee exudes responsibility and meticulousness.
Her interest to learn more about medical tourism, coupled with her intrinsic curiority to learn makes Pei Nee an instant asset to the company. Crucial to her duties is careful monitoring and organizing of clients' daily schedules/appointments.
Says Pei Nee, "The most fulfilling part of my job is when receiving great feedback from clients about their results."

Jasmine Anthony
Customer Service Team Leader
Based in Kuala Lumpur, Jasmine is responsible for leading the Gorgeous Getaways Customer Service Team. Prior to joining the Gorgeous Getaways, she spent many years in Hong Kong with the Customer Service Department of an international airline company. She also had a short stint with a private hospital in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Jasmine says that it's wonderful to be back in KL, especially after so much travelling. "I am looking forward to assisting Gorgeous Getaways clients and providing them with the necessary support during their stay in KL."

Stella
Nurse
Stella has been in medical field for 23 years, prior to joining Gorgeous Getaways as a nurse.
She enjoys meeting and helping clients, it makes her feel 'good and really happy." Her job involves “after care” nursing during the recovery process - bath and showers, change dressing after the client has been discharged back to the hotel. Stella also accompany clients who feel homesick and spends quality time chatting with them.
